Serves: 4       Level: Easy

Cooking Time: 45 min (20 min preparation; 20-25 min in the oven)


  • 7 Oz Dark Chocolate (200 gr)
  • 4.2 Oz Unsalted Butter (120 gr)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4.2 Oz Sugar (120 gr)
  • 2.8 Oz Flour (80 gr)
  • Walnuts (optional)

+ small oven cooking pan 8 x 6 inch.


  1. Melt chocolate and butter in a bain marie.
  2. Mix sugar and eggs in a separate container.
  3. Pour melt chocolate and butter in the container and stir.
  4. Add flour and stir.
  5. Add walnuts (optional)
  6. Pour in a buttered cooking pan.
  7. Pre-heat oven at 380° F.
  8. Cook for 20 minutes at 380° F.
  9. Stop the oven and let the brownies in the oven for 5 more minutes.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool down for 10-15 minutes.

Serve warm, melting in the inside, with vanilla or cookie dough ice-cream… yummy!
